Minimum Order Policy

Minimum order value is Rs. 500

Payment Terms:   PREPAID

• Full payment to be made by customer at the time of placing order either through UPI / Payment gateway OR in HVPL  account OR Cash/Card at any of HARILAL’S Outlets.

Receipt and Signature:

• Delivery person will take customer’s signature on bill copy.

Delivery Costs :

1. WITHIN PATNA : FLAT Rs.75/-  upto 10kms from the despatching outlet. (MIN. ORDER VALUE is Rs.500/-)
2. OUTSIDE PATNA : As per our Logistics partner calculated at the time of Check-out.

Damaged /Spoiled  Products :

If  there is any damage in products at the time of delivery, full amount would be refunded to the customer, post verification.

Delivery Time

• Within Patna : 24 hrs
• Within Bihar : Upto 3 days
• Within India : Upto 7 days
• Outside India : Upto 15 days (Deliverable to Nepal, Middle-east, South-east Asia, Australia, Mauritius, Europe, Canada & USA)

Outside Patna Delivery policy

• Minimum Order Value- Rs.500/-
• Shipping charges to be charged depending on the city/country of delivery & will be paid by the customer only.
• Chhena sweets & Perishable products are not deliverable outside Patna.
